BONUS Building Care: Master Franchise Information

The BONUS Building Care Franchise system is designed around the Master Franchise
concept. The BONUS system takes advantage of a decentralized structure where each master franchisee acts as the local sub-franchisor, thus allowing BONUS to grow in all markets simultaneously quickly. The master franchise program offers you the exclusive development rights for the BONUS system for a city or market. The Master Franchise then has the opportunity to develop their own area by training, supporting and selling the BONUS Franchise, securing commercial cleaning accounts and providing the highest level of customer service.

The BONUS Master Franchise Opportunity
The BONUS program allows you to create and manage your own team in a winning atmosphere. In addition to owning your own business, you will be creating goodwill and a name within your community. Owning a BONUS Master Franchise allows you to create an ongoing revenue stream with repeat business and customers. The responsibilities of the BONUS Master Franchise are:

• Become a sub-franchisor of BONUS
• Open an approved BONUS office
• Hire, train and manage your staff under the team concept
• Sell, train and support local janitorial franchises
• Offer your franchisees an opening customer base
• Secure ongoing commercial cleaning accounts
• Utilize our software in preparing all of your bids as well as managing your accounting program
• Administrate the billing of the commercial cleaning accounts and pay your franchise owners
• Offer your franchisee with our group insurance program
• Offer an equipment leasing and rental program
• Offer an ongoing supply, material and paper goods program

Training and Support
The BONUS Master Franchise Training Program includes training in the Management, Sales, Operation and Financial Administration of a BONUS office. This training is normally conducted over a period four (4) weeks in one of BONUS’s current office locations as well as in the new master city. Training is intensive and conducted in a real-world setting so as to allow the new Master Franchise Owner the most comprehensive and efficient training experience possible. After the initial training, ongoing training includes:

• Unlimited phone support in all areas of the business.
• Annual meetings focusing on sales, operations, legal and administration.
• Recurrent training using BONUS’s proprietary and customized software packages for financial reporting as well as sales lead management.
• Recurrent training using BONUS handbooks on the daily operations of your BONUS. Master Franchise.
• Hands-on training in all aspects of cleaning.  
• Visits by BONUS Veterans.

Master Franchise Fee: $100K-500K Financing Available
