Derrick came to Bonus with twenty-eight years of sales and sales management experience with many Fortune 500 companies such as P&G, IBM, GE and SAP.  Over the years he has always been a top performer and has actually served in the role of training many of those company’s sales people in the consultative sales process.  He was the competitive account specialist at IBM that was brought into difficult sales situations to help close the deal.  Over the last 15 years his focus has been in selling software and technology consulting services, both in the US and in Russia.  He is a graduate of Williams College in Massachusetts.
