Indianola, Oklahoma February 1st, 2007:  On February 26, 2007 the International Franchise Association (IFA) will be presenting a Franchisee of the Year Award to the Kincade Group, LLC (dba BONUS Building Care in Nashville) at the 47th IFA Convention to be held in Las Vegas, Nevada February 26th, 2007.  The IFA was founded in 1960 and is a membership organization of franchisors, franchisees and suppliers.  Annually, the IFA presents the Franchisee of The Year Award to a select group of franchisees who have demonstrated excellence within the franchising community.

Accepting the award for the Kincade Group will be Earl Kincade, Martha Kincade and their two sons Chris and Chuck Kincade.  The Kincade Group, LLC currently owns the BONUS Building Care Master Franchise for the Nashville, Tennessee and Birmingham, Alabama territories.  Since joining the BONUS team in 1999, the Kincade Group has received several awards over the years for contract sales and franchise growth.
