BONUS Building Care in Minneapolis/St.Paul is owned and will be operated by Gavin Hart and his wife, Desiree Sanchez, who recently finished her M.S. degree in Dentistry at the University of Minnesota with a certificate in Geriatrics.  Gavin and Desiree are the proud parents of three children and are highly motivated about becoming a part of the service sector in Minnesota/St. Paul.  Gavin’s background in maintenance and agriculture has kept him in contrast with dirt over his career and he is ready to start cleaning it up in his new business.  Gavin has been trained by veterans in the commercial cleaning industry and is excited about selling cleaning franchises as a part of his new business venture.
