Kincade is currently the CEO of the BONUS Building Care in Birmingham, AL. He graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Masters Degree in Education with a concentration in Human Resource Development in August 2000. Prior to that, Chuck graduated from David Lipscomb University with a Bachelors of Science Degree. From 1997 through 2000, he was the Training and Development Manager for Bankers Trust.
