ifa presents the franchisee of the year award to david Lee nall
indianola, oklahoma, march 1, 2006:  On February 25, 2006 the International Franchise Association (IFA) presented the Franchisee of the Year Award to David Lee Nall of BONUS BUILDING CARE (BONUS) in Austin, Texas at the 46th Annual IFA Convention in Palm Springs, California. Owners of BONUS, Perry and Kim White, were also in attendance along with David Nall and his wife Karin.  The International Franchise Association, founded in 1960, is a membership organization of franchisors, franchisees and suppliers.

David Nall is a bona fide veteran in the commercial cleaning business.  He is currently the Master Franchise owner of BONUS in Austin, Texas.  David joined the BONUS team in June of 1998 as Sales Manager in the St. Louis, Missouri Branch where he was a top performer.  In 1999 he was transferred to take the top position in the Memphis, Tennessee branch.  David’s other awards include a Rolex watch, which was awarded to him for his performance in 2004.

BONUS is a commercial cleaning franchise company founded in 1996 by Arleen Cavanaugh. BONUS’s headquarters are located in Indianola, Oklahoma and there are twenty (20) branches in the U.S. from coast to coast.  BONUS provides services to thousands of accounts nationwide through over 1,300 franchisees.
