Recently, the NMFI surveyed franchisors to determine the current number of Hispanic franchisees within their system and the proportion of Hispanic executives in the franchisor’s senior management. Based upon the results of the survey, as well as knowledge of various franchise systems, NMFI selected BONUS Building Care as one of twenty-five franchisors for excellence in supporting minority franchisees in their system.
